Thomas Lee the Co-founder of Fundstrat Global has came out and said that Bitcoin will reach a new peak. The last high was in December when it hit $20,000. Since then Bitcoin has been in a correction and has yet to recover.
Bitcoin New Records
A Few weeks ago bitcoin was trading for around $6,000. The market as we know had a very much needed correction after seeing prices surge!
Thomas Lee has stated “the cryptocurrency market will see new records in the next months.” He says Bitcoin takes 85 days to recover after a market correction. Ethereum has also been declining with the whole crypto market and may reach new records later this year. Other big crypto names have stated crypto will hit all time highs. Look at John Mcafee who stated bitcoin will hit a record high or he will bite his own genitalia off!Mike Novogratz has commented that Bitcoin may reach $40,000 in 2018. These comments have been made in November, when Bitcoin did not reach its all time high. Another comment was made by Ran Neu Ner, OnChain Capital founder has also given its forecast for Bitcoin during this year. He believes that Bitcoin will reach its last record of $20,000 very fast.
“If you recall a few months ago we were sitting right here and bitcoin was under $8,000. It shot up to $20,000 in less than two weeks so is nothing new.”
Bitcoin is currently hovering around the $10,000 dollars and its recovering. What are your thoughts on the short term future of bitcoin.
